Introducing FHIT Webinars

Hello again everybody! I know it has been a long time since I have written a post on here, but I can assure you that this time I have a very good excuse (as opposed to all of my other excuses). Myself, and Shaun Goodsell of The Mental Edge have been working on creating a series of webinars to further engulf your brains’ with information. The result of that is what we are calling FHIT Webinars.

The webinars are a series of videos that touch briefly on topics of sports performance that us coaches at FHIT believe to be imperative to high performance, and playing at a higher level. We plan on covering a range of topics in the nutrition world, breaking down recovery modalities, talking training tactics, and covering a full mental performance spectrum as well. As always, if there is a topic that you want to know more about just let us know and we’ll do our best to throw it in the mix.

To compliment these videos, which at the moment will air weekly, we plan on hosting extended support discussions through conference calls, Twitter Q&A’s, and various other mediums after the video is released to further dissect the topic. I highly encourage all of you to watch these videos, and participate in the discussions. Doing both will only take 30 minutes of your time, max! And after all, you might just learn something.

So, without further ado, I give you the FHIT Webinar introduction videos hosted by both myself and Shaun.

All of the videos can be found on our YouTube channel – FHIT Hockey.

This will be a journey for all of us, so keep your ears screwed on tight and let’s enjoy it together!
